I want to register as a new member on A!-ID.

You can register your A!-ID with the email address you want to use for it, a password, and your birthdate.
If a family member has already registered with that same email address, please have a different email address ready before registering.
(You can only register one account using your email address.)

I get an error message when registering as a new member on A!-ID.

If you register as a new member and get the error message “This email address is already registered,” the email address you are using is already registered as an A!-ID.
Please log in with that email address to use your A!-ID.

If you are unsure of your password, please see "Q: I don't know my password" below.

I want to bring together separate services under A!-IDs that I have registered with different email addresses.

Please use Inquiry Form below to let us know the information that you have registered on each website, as below. We will check your registrations before guiding you through any changes.

1) Linked A!-IDs (email addresses) and services

3) Your name or the nickname you registered for each service
4) The email address you want to use for your A!-ID after bringing them together into one.

I could not log in to A!-ID website.

"Email Address or password you entered is incorrect."
If you receive this error, you have entered an incorrect email address or password.
Check that spaces in the text or symbols such as "@" (the at-sign) and "." (dot) , other symbols in the text to make sure they are entered correctly.

The password is 8 to 15 single-byte alphanumeric characters that you set yourself during the new registration process.

You can reset your password by entering your registered A!-ID(e-mail address) and date of birth and clicking on the URL in the e-mail you will receive in return.

≪Clearing the cache≫
Depending on the device, such as a computer or smartphone, history, cookies, cache, etc. cannot be completely deleted.
Therefore, there may be an error in logging in or the page may not display.

I don't know my password

Your password is 8 to 15 half-width letters and numbers that you set yourself when you registered.

If you have forgotten your password, please click on the link below.
Please type in your registered A!-ID (email address) and your birthdate, then click on the link in the confirmation email we send you. You will then be able to reset your password.

I cannot reset my password

If you cannot reset your password, check the following and use Inquiry Form to let us know the necessary details.

(1) Your birthdate is not registered correctly and cannot be confirmed.
If your birthdate was not registered correctly, the A!-ID office will change it.
On Inquiry Form, please select Registration details as the Subject of your inquiry and let us know the following details.

1) Your registered A!-ID (email address)
2) Your correct birthdate

(2) I have changed my email address, so I cannot check my incoming emails.
If you have changed your registered email address, the A!-ID office will change it.
On Inquiry Form, please select Password resetting as the Subject of your inquiry and let us know the following details.

1) Your currently registered A!-ID (email address)
2) The new email address you want to register as your A!-ID

I am not getting emails or the email magazine from A!-ID.

I typed in my A!-ID and password to join a fan club and link my A!-ID, but I got the message “Your A!-ID email address or password is incorrect.”

Please check to see if you can log in on the A!-ID website using the A!-ID (email address) and password that you typed in on the fan club website.

If joining a fan club or linking it to your A!-ID fails even though you successfully log in to the A!-ID website using your A!-ID (email address) and password, please contact the relevant fan club.

If you were using A!SMART before A!-ID services were launched (i.e., before March 2, 2015) and you have a password set to seven digits or less, or to letters only,
please go to your My Page on the A!-ID website, change your password to 8 to 15 half-width letters and numbers, then try again to join the fan club, link your A!-ID, etc.

Clearing the cache

In some PCs and smartphones, your history, cookies, cache, etc. might not have been completely deleted, so you might get login inconsistencies, or transitions between webpages might not go smoothly.


Depending on the device, go to Settings and select:
- Clear all cookies
- Clear cache
- Clear history
- Restart the device
then try logging in again.

If following these steps doesn’t improve webpage display, please check whether you have the recommended environment.

Email address formats that are not allowed

- Email addresses with symbols other than ".” (dot), "-" (hyphen), and "_" (underscore)
- A dot "." immediately before the at-sign "@" or at the beginning of the email address
(e.g., .abcd.@amuse.co.jp)
- Consecutive dots "." before the at-sign "@"
(e.g., ab..cd@amuse.co.jp)
- A domain name following the at-sign "@" that does not exist
- An email address longer than 64 characters

Can I use A!-ID on a feature phone?

The A!-ID website cannot be used with feature phones.
Please use PC or smartphones.

My Page / Email Address / Registration Detail Changes

What can I do on My Page?

Your My Page is your own personal webpage you can access after you log in to the A!-ID website.
It lets you check your registration details and your usage of the linked services you can use on A!-ID.

You can check and change your email address and password on your My Page. If you change your registration details, the information registered on each of your linked services will also change.

What is the “2D Code” displayed on My Page?

It is a 2D code that you can use for A!-ID's distribution services.
When making purchases at some of the venues, if you show your 2D code, you can get A!-POINTs according to the value of goods you purchase.
*For security purposes, you will not be able to read the code on your smartphone.

I want to change my A!-ID registered email address.

If you want to change the email address you have registered on A!-ID to a different email address, first log in using your currently registered email address, then access your My Page from the A!-ID website welcome page and complete the steps to change your email address.
Please note that if you change your email address because you have a new device, etc., you will not receive the email magazine and other important notices from the A!-ID website unless you complete the steps to change your email address.

If you want to change your email address, please do not complete the A!-ID New member registration steps.
Please note that if you have more than one A!-ID accounts, you will not be able to consolidate information from your A!-IDs.

I get an error message when I try to change my A!-ID registered email address.

If you get the error message “This email address is already registered” when you change your A!-ID (email address), the email address you are using is already registered as an A!-ID.
Please log in with that registered email address to use services.
If you don’t know the password for your registered A!-ID, you can reset it by clicking on “If you have forgotten you password” on the log in page.

Please note that it is not possible to consolidate information from two or more A!-IDs.
You can delete an A!-ID that you are not using on your My Page.
If you delete an A!-ID, the collected points on that ID will become invalid and you will not be able to use them.

I want to change the birthdate I mistakenly registered.

As we advise on the A!-ID registration webpage, we do not allow changes to your birthdate after you have registered it.

If you made an error in your birthdate when registering for a new membership, the A!-ID office will change the birthdate.
- It is not possible to change it multiple times.
- This applies only to an error when typing in the birthdate. It is not possible to change a birthdate to the birthdate of another person, e.g., a family member or friend. If you want to register someone else’s birthdate, please register a new A!-ID using the birthdate of that person.

- In some cases, we may check your registered information on the fan service websites.
- Even if you have mistakenly linked a fan service to the A!-ID of a family member, it is not possible to change the birthdate. Please contact the fan service you are a member of.

I want to delete my A!-ID registration.

You can delete an A!-ID that you are not using on your My Page.
If you delete an A!-ID, the collected points on that ID will become invalid and you will not be able to use them.

If you get the error message "You have a registered website (or websites). Please cancel all your website memberships before proceeding.” when you try to delete an A!-ID, please check the status of your registered websites on your My Page.
You cannot cancel your A!-ID if you have any registered websites.

If you want to make one of the changes below, please check the registered website, and if you have any questions, contact the registered website directly.

(1) I want to delete/cancel membership of a registered website
(2) I want to link one A!-ID that has registered websites linked to it, to another A!-ID.

Points

What is A!-POINT?

A!-POINT is a point service that can be used across A!-ID, A!SMART, fan clubs, concerts, and live show venues, for some services.
The A!-POINTS you collect can be used for purchases on A!SMART and some services with fan clubs, etc.
To learn more about points, please see the relevant websites.

I want to find out when my A!-POINTS expire

Points expire at different times depending on the site and the service.
You can check on your My Page to see when the A!-POINTS you have collected expire.

There is a points expiry date for each month in which points are collected, and when you use points, they are first taken from the points that will expire the soonest.
Once points have expired, they are no longer valid and can no longer be used.

Where can I find my A!-POINTS balance?

Log in on the A!-ID website then go to your My Page where you will be able to check your points balance and usage history.

I want to register points with a receipt for a purchase at a venue.

Your Venue Purchase Points will be added to your A!-POINTS at a date after you register your “Receipt No.” via the webpage below. To learn more, please see the guide on the webpage below.

- You can register a receipt up until the last day of the month following the month in which the receipt was issued.
- There are Venue Purchase Points gift campaigns only for some performances. To learn more, please ask at the relevant venue.

How can I earn A!-POINT?

A!-POINTS are points you can collect when you use certain A!-ID services.

For example, you can collect points when you buy something on A!SMART.
You get 1%* of the product price (tax included) as points that you can use for your next purchase. One point equals one yen.
* The percentage of points you are awarded is different for different services. Please see each service for details.

- Other than payments for products and membership fees, charges such as shipping and handling are not eligible for points.
- Points via A!SMART are awarded about two weeks after your product is shipped.
- Points cannot be transferred or exchanged between A!-IDs.

Notification emails and the email magazine

I do not receive emails from the A!-ID.

≪e-mail magazine≫
A!-ID's e-mail magazine is distributed on an irregular basis to those who have selected "Email magazine preferences" in My Page.
You can select "I want to receive the email magazine(HTML email)" or "I want to receive the email magazine(TEXT email)" for the mail magazine.
*In "HTML mail", recommended information is delivered with images.

The content and timing of delivery will vary from customer to customer.
The same content will not be delivered to everyone registered with A!-ID.

≪Notification email≫
If you do not receive any notification e-mails other than the e-mail magazine, it may be due to your e-mail settings, such as spam or domain permission.
In addition, your device may be initially set to not receive e-mails containing URLs or e-mails sent from PCs.
Please be sure to set the following domains to allow incoming e-mails.

About the domain name designation

Please set this domain to receive permission.

Please note
Please make sure that you have not set any settings to reject URL-containing e-mails or spoofed e-mails.
If you are using a free email (Gmail, Yahoo Mail, etc.), your email may be sorted into a spam mail box.

I want to stop getting the email magazine from A!-ID.

Under the A!-ID (A!-POINT) Terms of Service, the A!-ID email magazine is sent to users who have registered on A!-ID.

If you want to stop getting the email magazine from A!-ID, please log in on the A!-ID website, select “I don’t want to receive the email magazine” under “Email magazine preferences” on your My Page.

Please note that even if you have selected “I don’t want to receive the email magazine,” we will still send out important notices by email to every member.

Please check with your fan clubs and other services to stop receiving email magazines from them.
